As a new form of drug administration, mouth-soluble film (ODF) has attracted much attention in the field of drug preparation. However, there are complex and precise requirements for film technology in its production process. In order to improve the production efficiency and mass of mouth-soluble film, this paper discusses the application technology of Automatic Film Applicator in mouth-soluble film preparation, introduces its Working Principle, operation process and advantages, and evaluates and analyzes its performance based on experimental results. The research results show that Automatic Film Applicator can realize the efficient production of mouth-soluble film, improve production efficiency and product mass, and provide technical support and reference for the optimization and improvement of mouth-soluble film preparation process.
