Introduction

HuiNuo TM3300/17D Automatic Film Applicator is a flagship Floor-Standing device with a large effective coating area (1400 × 1200mm). It integrates the functions of bar, drawdown blade, heating and Vacuum chuck. It is specially designed for film experiments and small batch prepative of large-scale substrates. The equipment adopts a hard-treated aluminum alloy countertop to ensure flat wear resistance, and can firmly fix large-area substrates in combination with a Vacuum chuck system. Its heating function (RT +~ 180 ° C, uniformity +/- 1 ° C) can meet the needs of the thermal Spreader process.
