Introduction
HuiNuo TM3300mini is a miniature multi-functional Automatic Film Applicator designed for glove boxes and space-constrained laboratories. It integrates two High Accuracy coating methods, bar and drawdown blade. The equipment adopts closed-loop motor drive and planetary gear reducer drive to ensure the thickness accuracy of the Spreader up to +/- 0.003mm, and has Vacuum chuck and heating functions (RT +~ 180 ℃), which can stably handle a variety of substrates. Its magnetic suction drawdown blade and detachable tool holder are designed for quick replacement and cleaning. With Touchscreen intuitive operation, it is especially suitable for precision small sample film preparation in the fields of lithium batteries, polymer materials, pharmaceuticals, etc.
