HuiNuo KTQ-80 adjustable Film Applicator 0-5000μm large range film applicator

Introduction

HuiNuo KTQ-80 Adjustable Film Applicator uses a scale differential head (Graduation 10μm) for precise adjustment, which can achieve a wide range of wet film thickness control from 0-5000μm, and the film accuracy is +/- 5μm. Its die steel drawdown blade has high Hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and is combined with a hard aluminum oxide frame to ensure the equipment is sturdy and durable. The drawdown blade has a straightness of +/- 2μm, which ensures the uniformity of the film. This model provides a standard application width of 80mm and supports a variety of width options from 50mm to 250mm, which is flexibly adapted to different R & D and Quality control scenarios.
