Introduction

The HuiNuo KTQ-350 Adjustable Film Applicator uses a High Accuracy scale differential head (Graduation 10μm) for adjustment, which can achieve a wide range of film thickness control from 0 to 5000μm, and the drawdown blade accuracy is as high as +/- 2μm. The die steel drawdown blade has high Hardness and wear resistance and corrosion resistance, the hard aluminum oxide frame is strong and lightweight, and provides a 350mm standard application width (with a variety of widths to choose from), which provides a stable and reliable film preparatory solution for R & D and Quality control in Coatings, inks, Adhesive and other fields.
