Introduction

The HuiNuo KTQ-500 differential scale adjustable coating applicator uses a High Accuracy scale differential head (Graduation 10μm) for adjustment, which can achieve a wide range of film thickness control from 0 to 5000μm. Its innovative magnetic suction removable drawdown blade design greatly simplifies the cleaning and maintenance process, especially for handling high viscosity materials. The drawdown blade is made of high Hardness, wear and corrosion resistant die steel, and is combined with a hard aluminum oxide frame to ensure stability and accuracy for long-term use. This model offers a 500mm wide-width Spreader capability with a drawdown blade accuracy of +/- 5μm and is a tool for high-mass wet-film preparation in laboratories in the fields of Coatings, inks, Adhesive and New materials.
