Introduction

The HuiNuo KTQ-300 differential adjustable drawdown blade Applicator is a precision film tool designed for routine laboratory needs. It is adjusted by a High Accuracy scale differential head (Graduation 10 μm), providing a wide range of film thickness control from 0 to 5000 μm. Spreader accuracy is +/- 5 μm. The equipment features high Hardness, wear and corrosion resistant die steel drawdown blades and supports a removable design for easy cleaning and maintenance. It is matched with a lightweight and sturdy hard aluminum oxide frame to ensure stable operation. Its 300mm application width is suitable for uniform wet-film prepative of a variety of Coatings, inks and Adhesive samples, making it a reliable choice for R & D and Quality control.
