Introduction

The HuiNuo KTQ-150 adjustable coating applicator is a compact and efficient wet-film sample preparation tool designed for small size samples or routine laboratory testing with a moderate application width of 150mm. The device is adjusted by a precision scale differential head (Graduation 10 μm) to achieve a wide range of film thickness control from 0 to 5000 μm. Spreader accuracy is +/- 5 μm. The drawdown blade is made of high Hardness, wear and corrosion resistant die steel and supports a detachable design for thorough cleaning and maintenance. The body is made of hard aluminum oxide process, which is lightweight and strong. Its lightweight size and reliable accuracy make it the choice for daily R & D, quality control and sample preparation in Coatings, inks, Adhesives and other fields.
