Introduction

The HuiNuo KTQ-100 Adjustable Film Applicator is a cost-effective compact Spreader tool designed for small batch sample testing and teaching experiments, providing a practical application width of 100mm. The device is adjusted by a precision scale differential head (Graduation 10 μm) to support a wide range of film thickness control from 0-5000 μm. Spreader accuracy is +/- 5 μm. The drawdown blade is made of high Hardness, wear and corrosion resistant die steel and supports a detachable design for easy cleaning and maintenance. The fuselage is made of hard aluminum oxide process, which is lightweight and sturdy. Its small and lightweight, simple operation and reliable performance make it very suitable for introductory experiments, teaching demonstrations or routine small sample preparation in the fields of coatings, inks, etc.
