Introduction

HuiNuo KTQ-600S digital display differential adjustable fabricator adopts magnetic suction detachable drawdown blade design, which solves the pain point of high viscosity and easy curing materials that are difficult to clean. At the same time, it is matched with High Accuracy Differential Head to achieve accurate adjustment of 0~ 5000μm film thickness (accuracy up to +/- 5μm). The drawdown blade is made of high Hardness die steel, and the frame is made of hard aluminum oxide, taking into account Abrasion Resistance and lightweight. Support 600mm wide Spreader, suitable for R & D and Quality control in Coating, Lithium Battery, Optical inspection film and other fields.
