Introduction

HuiNuo KTQ-300S digital display adjustable drawdown blade Applicator adopts an innovative magnetic suction removable drawdown blade design, which greatly facilitates the cleaning and maintenance of high viscosity and easy curing materials. The equipment is equipped with a High Accuracy digital display differential head (Graduation 1μm), which can realize fine film thickness adjustment in the range of 0-5000μm, and the drawdown blade accuracy is as high as +/- 2μm. The drawdown blade is made of high Hardness die steel, and the fuselage is made of hard aluminum oxide process to ensure that the equipment is lightweight, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
