Introduction

The HuiNuo KTQ-250S adjustable drawdown blade Applicator is designed with a Modular magnetic drawdown blade, which realizes easy disassembly and cleaning, and is especially suitable for handling high viscosity or easy curing materials. The core of the equipment is equipped with a High Accuracy digital display differential head (Graduation 1μm), which can finely adjust the film thickness of 0-5000μm, and the drawdown blade accuracy is as high as +/- 2μm. The drawdown blade is made of high Hardness die steel, and the fuselage is made of hard aluminum oxide process, which ensures excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and easy operation.
